PPM CONTRACT(Planned Preventive Maintenance).
2000 AED. One Clinic with all accessories
6000 AED. One Medical Center with all accessories
*All PPM contracts come with a free assessment of the equipment's that requires a ppm sticker for validation IF THE CONTRACT is ACCEPTED. Otherwise, an assessment charge applies based on the jurisdiction in the UAE and varies from 150 to 350 AED.
2. Contract Bronze
Equipment less than 7 years old
1 YEAR CONTRACT and visit once monthly
One Clinic with all accessories
One Medical Center with all accessories
Equipment more than 7 years old
One Clinic with all accessories
One Medical Center with all accessories
If multiple clinics exist within city,
*ALL THE CLINICS WILL HAVE A SEPARATE CONTRACT
AT 50% DISCOUNT.
This applies to all Contracts.
Travel out of the city will incur a small transport charge.
PPM IS INCLUSIVE IN CONTRACT
SERVICE CHARGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR REPAIR WORK
CONTRACT SILVER
2 VISITS PER MONTH. Total of 24 visits in a year.
Equipment less than 7 years old .
One Clinic with all accessories
One Medical Center with all accessories
Equipment more than 7 years old.
One Clinic with all accessories
One Medical Center with all accessories
For facilities with more than one center/clinic
*ALL WILL HAVE A SEPARATE CONTRACT

CONTRACT GOLD
1 year and visit 4 TIMES MONTHLY. with 1 year contract for Medical Clinics
and with 1 year contract for Medical Centers
For Gold contracts, Clinic/Center Owners have access to unlimited calls with our Engineers and requests for visits anytime and adjusted with total visits and within working hours 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Extra visits or assessment for equipment may be requested with a booking.
For maintenance contracts, Owners will not incur service charges for Repair work.
Reimbursement of Cost of parts incurred should be within 4 weeks of receiving invoice or contract will be terminated without notice.
